Automation Partner for UK & EU Enterprises

An enterprise workflow automation agency and AI agent integration partner for businesses in the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands — Zoho CRM automation, custom software architecture, and GDPR-aware delivery with real UK/EU working-hours overlap.

Working with an offshore automation partner from the UK or EU

Quantiq Automation is a remote-first automation and Zoho consultancy working with UK, German, Dutch and Irish businesses. We hold roughly five hours of daily overlap with UK and Central European working hours, invoice in GBP and EUR, support EU data residency on both Zoho and self-hosted automation platforms, and work through DPAs and security questionnaires as a normal part of enterprise onboarding.

The two questions European teams actually ask an offshore partner are “when can we reach you” and “where does our data sit”. Both are answered concretely below rather than reassured about.

GDPR-aware by default

Data minimization and clear processing terms are part of the audit, not an afterthought — built for enterprises that need to answer to a DPO.

UK & Europe: Common Questions

Yes. We build with GDPR requirements in mind from the start — data minimization, clear processing agreements, and EU-relevant hosting/storage choices are discussed during the free audit before any work begins, not bolted on afterward.
Our working hours overlap with UK and Central European business hours for a meaningful part of the day, and we run async-first with written specs, recorded demos, and a shared task board — so projects keep moving even outside the overlap window.
Yes — we regularly work through vendor onboarding, data processing agreements, and security questionnaires as part of enterprise engagements. Tell us what your procurement process requires during the audit call and we'll scope around it.
Yes, and it is worth deciding early. Zoho offers EU data-centre hosting selected when the account is provisioned — changing it afterwards means a migration, so it belongs in scoping rather than after go-live. For workflow automation, self-hosted n8n in an EU or UK region gives the cleanest position, because you name the jurisdiction and no additional processor enters the chain. We can work within whichever constraint your DPO sets.
Yes. We run multi-currency billing as standard — we operate a Zoho Books environment handling international trade and commission revenue across currencies, so invoicing a UK or EU entity in its own currency is routine rather than an exception.
Most of this work genuinely does not — automation, CRM configuration, and integration are built and reviewed remotely, with recorded demos at each milestone. Where a workshop is genuinely more effective in person, such as initial process mapping with a large stakeholder group, we will say so during scoping and agree how it is handled rather than discovering it mid-project.
