The Challenge
Student data was scattered across spreadsheets and paper records held by different departments, with no single view of a student's progress from admission through to exam results. Tracking growth and engagement over time was almost entirely manual.
What We Built
We built a centralized platform covering the full student lifecycle: admissions intake, attendance tracking, exam and test score logging, automated growth-rate and percentage calculations, and an engagement/focus-rate score, all visible through a single dashboard for staff.
The Result
Institution staff get a complete, up-to-date view of every student's journey in one place, cutting the manual record-keeping that used to eat up administrative time and speeding up reporting to leadership.
