The Challenge
The client's existing Zoho environment — a Zoho Creator application integrated with Zoho Books and supported by Zoho Analytics — was functional but straining under sync inconsistencies between systems, fully manual pricing calculations, a cluttered data-entry interface, workflow limitations, and reporting that didn't match how the business actually needed to see its own numbers.
What We Built
We began by fully mapping the existing application — its modules, forms, fields, Deluge scripts, integration logic, and reporting — before changing anything, so new work would never break what already worked. From there we rebuilt customer data synchronization between Creator and Books with proper field mapping and duplicate prevention, moved integration triggers toward predictable event-based processing, automated line-item pricing with conditional rules (backed by native Zoho Books Price Lists rather than a duplicate system), added validation to stop incomplete transactions from progressing, simplified the operational screens down to what staff actually use daily, and rebuilt reporting in Zoho Analytics as embedded, export-ready dashboards.

A more consistent, connected operating environment: synchronized records across both systems, pricing that no longer requires manual calculation, validated transactions, simplified day-to-day screens, and dashboards leadership can actually act on — all delivered as an enhancement to the existing system rather than a costly rebuild.
