The Challenge
Project managers were spending hours manually breaking down lengthy SOP documents into actionable tasks, chasing timesheet updates across the team, and compiling status reports by hand from scattered sources.
What We Built
We built an AI layer that ingests a full SOP PDF — even 100+ pages — and drafts a structured breakdown of the tasks and features needed to execute the project. When a manager asks for a status update, it pulls timesheet data automatically and generates a plain-English summary, including visibility into which employees are performing well and which need support. When new tasks or features are created and assigned, it automatically sends a notification with a task summary directly in Microsoft Teams (Slack support in development).
The Result
A number of clients specifically called out how much time this saved their project managers — status updates that used to mean chasing multiple people down now take one question.
